39w 5d and still not dilated 😤😩

Anyone else out there not seeing any action?? Had an appointment today and was hoping to have dilated some but Dr checked and it was a big fat no 👎🏼 Due date is this Saturday the 9th but I’ve scheduled for a follow up appointment for a week from today and if I haven’t gone into labor by then we will schedule to induce that following weekend. I honestly have had it in my head that baby boy would most likely be late but it was a little defeating to hear I wasn’t at least dilated some. Hoping I go into labor naturally before my next appointment 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
