How long to wait to go to the hospital??

I've been having contractions since 11am they got stronger at 4pm its now 6:20pm they have been 2-4mins apart since 4pm. This is my 3rd child so I'm not sure how long to wait? I went a few days ago and was sent home. I just dont want to be sent home again 😔

My doctor said 5 minutes apart lasting 30-60 seconds for an hour! Considering it’s your third I wouldn’t wait much longer, are you able to talk through them?

With my 3rd, they told me to come when they got to be 8 minutes apart.
