What should I do?

I have been very sad and emotional lately because of stress,school, boys, etc. and I’ve been trying to cheer myself up with all the things I enjoy. I’ve tried music. I’ve tried hanging out with friends, I’ve tried everything. And when that stuff wasn’t working I went to my last option. I masterbated! But I could barely get off from that. And that usually relaxes me and/or helps. But not this time. What should I do?
