How to switch to formula?

My baby's is 2 weeks today. I decided that breastfeeding wasn't working for me. I start home on formula but how to get my milk to stop coming in?

If you can talk to a lactation consultant they can help you with a weaning schedule (basically using pumping to taper down your supply gradually).
