does he like me???? i feel so dumb!!!

hi ladies. i have a love life dilemma so as always i turned to the ladies of eve

i just arrived at northwestern university about 8 weeks ago. since the first week, i’ve had a massive crush on a boy from London. this man is the most charismatic and funny person i’ve ever met, not to mention drop dead good looking. we have really good rapport but he also does with everyone bc he’s so fucking charming.

one night i asked him to study for a class we have together and watch movies w me and some mutual friends, but it was halloween so he was going out partying and invited me to go with. he said he would keep me posted but never texted. the next day in class he said he never made it to the party or he would have texted me but the energy was so awkward, i thibk bc he knew i like him.

he has been a bit flirty- complimenting a new haircut, laughing at my jokes and remembering and bringing up things about me that i told him six weeks ago

SO did i already “shoot my shot” and that was his way of letting me down gently or should i actually ask him to lunch or coffee?? i feel like a child having a CRUSH but i feel so strongly for him
