bleeding a week after period

i came off my period maybe 25th/26th ?? somewhere around then,, on the weekend i noticed blood when i went to the bathroom, and since then ive been bleeding but not enough to fill a pad. i have cramps right now so im not sure if im just coming on again, but its only been a week since ive come off and the bleeding has been a fair amount but not period-heavy bleeding

sorry if long winded v confused as I've had fairly regular periods for the past 6 years
