Should I see a psychologist or therapist?!

Hello guys!

So I called my healthcare provider to get a list of practices covered by my insurance. They asked if I wanted to see a therapist or a psychologist. I told them I’d call them back later and let them know. I don’t know what the difference is or who to chose. I’ve had a really hard childhood and worked through what I think was PTSD. I have a lot of depression and anxiety and just mood issues in general. I just need help. Which one would you choose to see?
