Can I still be pregnant?

Ok so I need help I'm on day two of my period (15dpo) it's super super light more like spotting here and there if I want I could use one pad all day (of course I dont) my period is usually really heavy overnight to day two, my breast are very sore and I look like they grown but I took a pregnancy test and its negative I'm confused at this point!! has anyone else experienced this and found out they where pregnant??
