Which do you think?

So I had a D&C on 10/11/19. I was supposed to be 8 weeks 2 days but the baby was measuring 6 weeks 5 days with no heartbeat. So I was not that far along the highest my hcg got up to was 6150. I have felt funny for a few days now and I wanted to make sure so for curiosity I broke out a pregnacy test and I got this. Should I wait and test in a few days or call my OB now to see which it is

. My question is could I be pregnant??? Or could it just be hcg from my last one???
