Weird period!

Normally my period comes late in the day that Glow predicts or the morning directly after, and I know it is coming bc I have been cramping a lot. This month it came 3 days early which it NEVER does. Normally my cramps have me in bed in major pain, this month I have had no cramps. Normally the first day is light, second and possibly third are heavy, this time it was so heavy from the start that I ruined my panties before I even realized it had started! Also I have been exhausted and dizzy.

Btw I'm 30, my period is well established.

Is it just a weird period? Something else? Could it be a miscarriage if I'm not cramping?

Btw- I am not on birth control, take asprin as a blood thinner, have been pregnant once, am sexually active with my husband and we use condoms qs birth control.
