Pregnancy safe acne treatments

Does Anyone have any pregnancy safe acne treatments/products they used?

I just wash my face, use witch hazel, then moisturize. 
But acne during pregnancy is mostly hormonal so there’s not really much to help with that.

I have pregnancy related acne too I get pimps left and right. Right now I have two big pimps one in the side of my nose and the other on the side of my boob. What I do is just use a face clearer like a toner it stinks but it helps to clear the bacteria. And I use a normal moisturizer￼

I suffer with hormonal acne but pregnancy has made it 10x worse!! I’ve switched to an oil free moisturiser which seems to be helping x
