App for fetal movement monitoring ...?

What app are you guys using to count baby kicks? Apparently this is important? And the OB told me to keep track. I’m 34/1 and baby rarely STOPS moving so it seems like a moot point, but I guess it slows down towards the end.  I just want a super easy and basic app that I don’t need to “figure out” how to use cause I’m already way too overwhelmed lol

My midwives said to count only if I notice a decrease in movements or am concerned. They said 10 movements (any movement, not just big kicks) in 2 hours is the minimum. Try drinking a glass of cold water first, too.

Movements don’t slow down — they just change. 
I didn’t use an app during first pregnancy and won’t this time. Baby moves enough that if I don’t feel anything after a while I’ll just move positions/drink or eat something and get movement.
I feel like having an app would just be another hassle.
