I’m currently CD 17. I’m on letrazole/pregnyl trigger shot with timed intercourse. This is our 3rd cycle. I just went in for my 5th ultrasound for this cycle. Unfortunately my RE said my follicles appear stagnant in their growth. Largest one is 13. Had a 17 earlier in the cycle but it regressed I guess. Based on my blood work I haven’t ovulated yet. My RE thinks I might be a little resistant to letrazole so he is having me take clomiphene starting today for 5 days. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

A little additional background... on my first cycle I had to take letrazole 2.5 mg for 5 days twice due to a similar issue of my follicles no longer getting bigger. So on my second cycle my RE increased my dose to 5 mg for 5 days. I ended up having a chemical pregnancy. This cycle my RE had me again on the 5 mg for 5 days but like I said my follicles haven’t gotten any bigger. So now we wants me to take clomid.
