When to start DPO

Ok y’all. I’m new to using OPKs. I got my peak last night. Yea!! Today i took another one and it’s still high. We BD last night and stopped at midnight. Lol. Ovulation cramps are awful today. Left side. Anyway, which day is my 1dpo? Today or tomorrow?? I’ll include my pics First is my peak. Second is today. (It’s turned)
