Itchy PIO sites
Anyone’s hips itch like crazy where they do the PIO shots? I don’t remember this happening the first time I did them over 2 years ago. I’m assuming it’s just itching from the area healing but wondering if it could be a reaction?? They’re sore and lumpy but not red.
