Labor coming or me being dramatic?

39 weeks 5 days. Last check was yesterday and I wasn’t dilated at all. Was pretty pissed. Did a few wives tales things and my usual 2 mi walk today and had diarrhea & now back pain. Haven’t really had back pain since like 24 weeks so it’s been kinda creeping up on me. Stomach seems to always be getting tight but I thought it was just the baby moving. (He’s been head down and super low to where my dr feels his head every check). Ftm so no idea how anything feels. Am I being dramatic or do U think this can possibly be labor coming on?
