I have PCOS, and its common for me to miss a period every once in a while. I've just started having sex, and while we've been using protection, I have now missed two periods in a row. I'm a little worried!

If you have PCOS then you should have been told to expect this kind of irregularity. The only way to know for sure is to test, you can absolutely still conceive with PCOS but it’s just harder to pinpoint ovulation because your cycles will be so irregular. You have to test￼

I have PCOS, and my cycles can be up to 60 days long. My friend has it too, and she can go 6-12 months without a period. We really can’t give you advice either way. Take a test if you are concerned. Consider getting on birth control pills or something comparable if you want to regulate your cycle (helps with PCOS) and prevent a pregnancy.

I have sever pcos I was very irregular and in the morning I have my 12 week scan to see my miracle baby I would test to be sure
