OB estimate

My current hospital don’t any OB estimate,but due to short term insurance I still didn’t get from hospital any bills just from my insurance but not directly from hospital and my balance Is $0.So now due to enrollment I found good insurance and I want to transfer to different hospital that is also closer to my house.So this hospital have that policy that you need to sign OB estimate.But that just covers doctors visits any additional ultrasound and lab works need to be paid extra.

So did any of you sing anything like this and is that must to sing I mean I will ask them tomorrow anyway.I i was arguing with my husband and he is telling me that I don’t need to sign anything and why should I sign that if ultrasounds aren’t covered.
