Best body wash for baby with ezcema?

What is the best body wash for a 1 year old with winter eczema? From September when my son was born till may he has itchy eczema. All summer he was fine. Now that the dry cold weather is here again he is scratching. We use cortisone and baby aquaphor multiple times a day and a humidifier at night. Any body washes or other ideas?

I use regular aveeno baby wash for my kid with eczema and then use Cerave lotion.

Stop with the cortisone and just keep up with the Aquaphor. 
Steroids have horrible long term effects and our skin gets addicted. So it needs it more and more. It will get worse for a few days once you stop then will clear up well.
Dairy is a huge trigger for eczema as well as tomatoes (sauces etc). Slow down on those. 
You should also consider a probiotic. My son is on GutPro Infant. Specially formulated for baby and is amazing for eczema.
