Anyone else?

Recently my son who is about 13 months has started to smack his face, head at random times? Anyone else experiencing this?

Answer

Mine doesn't quite do this, but he rocks against things like an animal. Like, in his highchair, he just throws himself back and forth. He also does it on the couch. And sitting against walls. He just thinks it's fun, I guess. 
My first never did that, exactly. But when he was little, he used to lightly knock his fist against his forehead as he was nursing to sleep. Every he was falling asleep, he'd do it for like 15 minutes. And he did it starting at like 6 months and stopped when he was like 16 months. It was the weirdest little quirk.
