Depo-pre(regret)vera shot

Alright I've heard all the bad stuff about the shot, but I got it anyway 😔✊🏾

I got the shot on the 30th of Oxtober (so like a week and a half ago) on my fifth (and last) day of my period. Since then, I've been having mild to heavy (today only) cramps every day, headache and nausea, dizziness, tiredness, loss of appetite (like one meal every two days), bloating, mood swings, and depression increase. Has this happened to anyone else?

Another thing—

I had unprotected sex on 31 Oct and 4 Nov, but took a plan b on 3 Nov. Am I safe?
