I’m lost and needs some help 🤔

I am 42, my last (I think it was) period was on the 8th October it lasted 2 days and normally aunt flow stays for 4-5. According to my glow calculations I am 2 days overdue, I have taken multiple hpt over the coarse of the month and I have received faint lines within the 10 mins. (the last one on the 7/11) so this morning I took a test and nothing, a big fat negative 🤔

I noticed this morning my discharge is white and sticky so I have no idea what that means. I have been feeling very tired and bloated and my boobs & nipples hurt. Can someone please give me advice
