Moaning and headache

Y'all, I hate to say it but im getting such a huge headache from my LO moaning all day. We are going over a week now and he means from morning to night. Does it while he eats, plays, when I'm holding him etc.

He also has no interest in playing anymore, both with me or independently.

He has two bottom teeth. Not constipated. Not sick. STTN.

I posted about this a couple days ago and a fellow mama said it could be teething. Should I administer tylenol. What is going on? It's driving me crazy. He is not happy anymore and doesn't want to play. I live in Canada so we have snow currently and can't go for walks.

I have no idea what's going on but its driving me and my pets crazy. I'd almost rather him cry. This moaning sounds so desperate and needy but I have no idea why he is doing this.

Please help! I am going to lose my mind🙃
