I had light pink spotting around 6 weeks and turned out I had a subchronic hematoma. 
I was put on pelvic rest, no heavy lifting. I’m now 11 weeks and it cleared on its own. I also had a severe UTI which caused my back to ache. As long as your not bleeding heavy and clots your okay. Def tell your Dr. about the spotting so they can run tests and make sure everything’s good. Check your hcg levels and all that, hope everything works out for you love. Xo
