Ok ladies back story I’ve been watching my moms boyfriends kids for a year now on $200 a week, that’s taking them to school every morning, picking them up, watching them when their sick, taking them to appointments, fixing them supper getting their baths, etc he has 4 kids so I also on the side take my siblings everywhere which I’ve took care of them my whole life even a kid watching them at 9 years old feeding them home alone etc I’m not going into my kid backstory today but just realize my life always been revolved around taking care of them well my mom and him live together a good 25 minutes from where I live so I have to travel there and leave my house at 6am and then get home around 8pm every day Monday-Friday. I decided to go back to work I’ll be having better hours and on top of that better pay. I have over 10 years experience with kids, CPR/ First Aid certified... I also do way more then either two of them even realize on top of that I get disrespected from his kids all the time he offered me more money to stop because he can’t find anyone to watch and take kids back and fourth to school and appointments I just don’t know what offer I should throw out there that I want? So ladies what’s your opinion on what I should ask for weekly... I live also live in Kentucky if that helps with thinking of rates!
