Our sex life sucks

I love him but this is easily the worst partner I’ve had when it comes to having sex. He tried more in the beginning and now I’m lucky to get any effort from him. He never initiates sex so it’s always me coming to him and going down on him, and when I ask him to return the favor he gets out of it one way or another. So he tries to just start having sex and at this point I’m just glad I could get him to want sex so we go ahead and continue and he gets on top of me for a sec and tells me to get on top after a min or two. He cums first then I climax on top pretty much every time so the sex ends not long after that and I feel like he is telling me to get on top to get it done faster. And our sex is like this EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I’m bored. And tired of feeling like I have to talk him into sex and when I do get sex it’s so passionless that id almost rather just masturbate honestly. I never thought I could leave someone over sex but this has gotten in the way of me bonding with him completely. I don’t need advice, this is more just me venting about my frustration and talking myself through my next steps. And if anyone asks, yes I have had talks with him and tried to mention how I feel lonely and just want a little more effort but you can see how far that gets me.
