How do you cope with post partum depression/baby blues?

Im struggling with controlling my emotions this time around. I cry all the time and I am irritable with my 4 year old when she doesnt listen to me. I am a single mom. Luckily my mom is always a call away when I start feeling too emotional and offers to help me when she can.

I am 5 days post partum with baby #2 and I don't remember ever feeling this bad with my daughter after I had her. I am on anti depressants because I've dealt with depression most of my life.
