This is gross and pretty personal I’m sorry. But I’m on my period and I couldn’t remember if I left a tampon in so I put my finger up there to see if it got pushed up and I have this bubble/lump in my vagina that is decently sized. I have been having stomach pains and nausea the last 2 days with zero appetite (not like me at all) and then I felt that. Has anybody felt this? And is it normal? I’m concerned it’s something I should be seriously concerned about
