Withdrawal method can be considered effective when getting pregnant is an acceptable risk and you trust your partner. 
If you absolutely do NOT want to get pregnant, be in charge of your own reproduction and go get REAL birth control. Why would you leave something so important and life changing in someone else's hands?

I have been using the "pull out" method for over 6 years and have never gotten pregnant. The guy you have sex with definitely has to have a LOT of CONTROL and has to be ABLE to KNOW when he actually cums. I honestly think this method works better for couples that have been together for a long time. Yeah, this is a risky birth control method, but if it is done CORRECTLY with a lot of CAUTION, it works just fine.
