Sores on vagina
So my boyfriend and I have been sexually active for about a month and a half and just 4 days ago my vagina became very tender and started to burn and I looked and there’s yellow-white lines that look like idk cuts maybe. I’m in a lot of pain and everything I look at says severe yeast infection or stds but wouldn’t I have noticed it sooner if he gave me an std?
