Possible pregnancy

Hi everyone I just wanted some advice as I didn't track my ovulation this cycle only going off what the app says and me and my partner bd late Friday night into early Saturday morning which was 3 days before my predicted ovulation today, I had spotting for 3 days from the 6th till the 8th only when I wiped could I have ovulated early? And as I don't know how many dpo I actually am apart from what the app says, when would I be able to take a pregnancy test? Thank you
