Anyone else get cramps at 8-9 DPO?
Literally every single month I start getting very light cramps at 8-9 DPO. I always took it as a sign that my period is coming but I read that in the luteal phase your uterus expands and gets ready for a pregnancy so that may be causing it. Other than that my cycle is super regular. Is this cause for concern or normal?
