Keto diet help
I was diagnosed with pcos in June and I’ve been doing a lot of research on the keto diet and I think it might be a good fit for me however I have a couple dietary restrictions.
I did the keto diet a few years ago before anyone really knew what it was and before it was a “trend” I guess you could say and it worked really well for the short amount of time I did it... I was in high school and my parents were doing it and I just ate whatever they ate but it only lasted a month because that was their goal
Back then I used to get sick after eating the breakfast my dad would make every morning which usually consisted of some type of egg (omelet, scrambled, inside a keto wrap etc) and then whatever else he would pair with it but I just assumed it was that whole “keto flu” thing that people talk about
It wasn’t till about a month ago when I got a food allergy test done because I already knew I was lactose intolerant but I felt like I was also allergic to a few other thing like coconut (I wasn’t).... what I am allergic to though is things that you would eat on the keto diet like eggs, chicken, coffee.... I’ll just put screenshots of my results below



So I don’t really know what to use for meals like breakfast and I don’t know what to use instead of chicken because I feel super gross after eating ground beef or any kind of red meat for a long period of time
