Does it look like there’s a second baby possibly behind the visible one?

No I think it looks like the yolk sac

I see baby and what looks like the outline of its yolk sac above it .

How far along are you? I know someone who didn’t find out they were having twins until 11 weeks! 1st ultrasound was early and only showed 1, which is apparently common for some people.

The doctor would have told you if there were twins.

It’s possible but I’m sure the doctor would of let you known. If there is a twin behind that one it will show by at least 8-10 weeks. Good luck.
