In pain!

So for about a year and a half now, I’ve had on and off pain on my right ovary. Even had a laparoscopic procedure to see what exactly is in there. Nothing! I’ve had ultrasound after ultrasound, My most recent ultrasound was 4 days ago and all that’s ever seen is a bunch of follicles. I’m told by the techs that it looks like pcos but all of my hormone markers come back fine. Why do I always have follicles? My right ovary is always sore off and on but they told me that those follicles shouldn’t be hurting me. Ugh 😫
