Where do I get a voice recorder that’s good quality?

So I thankfully was able to record my daughters heartbeat before I lost her. I still have it on my phone , I want to put it in a voice recorder and put it in a teddy bear or something like that to give to my husband , my mom and my In laws for Christmas (she was due the 6th of December)

Does anyone know of one that’s good high quality. I’m scared to buy online in case it’s not good quality.

Also if you have any other recommendations on what to do with the recorder I’ll take any ideas!
