Dried Up
This may sound super dumb but how do you know when you’re milk has dried up? I was exclusively pumping for 4 weeks and have been weaning for the past 2 weeks.
I haven’t pumped in like 32 hours and they don’t feel sore to the touch. I’ve got a nursing pad on but i don’t think I’ve leaked very much. Would it be safe/ok to just not pump any more🤷🏻♀️
