I lost one of my birth control pills .. i called the doctor and asked for a replacement pack or a replacement pill and they just told me that it’s fine and i should just skip that day and not worry ab it and the only side affect would be light spotting

i’m still really worried ab skipping a day tho .. how long until i’m safe to have sex again ? will it completely mess up my menstrual cycle ? help help help
