Transitioning to crib

So my daughter and I have been bed sharing since she was about 2 weeks old she’s about to be 11 months on the 20th and I’ve started to transition her into the crib. I have a blanket down that smells like me and keep the temperature in the room at 70 degrees ...for the most part she’ll sleep in there for half the night wake up to eat and then I’ll be too lazy to put her back in. This has been going on for about a week and a half but tonight she is refusing to sleep in the crib at all and has now started a new higher pitched scream to let me know she’s really know with it... I know ppl say let them cry it out but I physically can’t do it 😪 any suggestions to make the transition easier ??
