How many your dr.transfers?

I wanted to get 2 embryos transferred but my RE says he won’t transfer 2embryos as I m 31yr old .
What did ur dr told u about no of embryos transfer?

My doc will only transfer 1 unless you only get a couple of embryos from retrieval, are older, or have had failed transfers.

I was 34 at the time of my transfers and my doctor actually recommended 2 for both of my IVF cycles. I have often heard that most clinics won’t do more than 1 at a time. I guess it just depends on risk factor & health history. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We transferred 2 both times. (Fresh and frozen cycle) and both times only 1 stuck. Fresh ended in m/c at 16 weeks and frozen gave us our miracle rainbow baby boy we welcomed in March 🌈👶🏻. I was 25 at time of 1st transfer and our doctor let us decide how many we wanted to transfer and we were ok with having multiples so we decided 2. We had 4 total embryos.

Are they PGS tested? If they are and you transfer 2 tou have a higher chance of twins! My doctor wouldnt do two.  I'm 35.

My doctor let us choose one or two embryos, and I was only 24. We chose 2 and are now a few weeks away from delivering boy girl twins. We also still have several embryos left. I guess every doctor is different 🤷🏼‍♀️
