Use of topical Lidocaine safe?

Hi-I have a sore back/upper neck all the time and was wondering if it’s safe to use topical max strength Lidocaine (4%) while in 2nd trimester of pregnancy? I’d only use it twice a day, thanks.

Yes its safe. I have chronic back pain and my doc told me it's okay to use lidocaine patches too.
