Hey guys so first off I am going to post this in multiple groups to get as many moms weighing in as possible so I am sorry if you see this a few times!

My friend is currently 32 weeks pregnant and has to see a high risk doctor because she has pretty severe endometriosis and ended up having to have surgery to remove part of her ovaries. So before she got pregnant she literally only had half an ovary and the chances of her getting pregnant were very low. She has done amazing so far but had a doctors appointment recently were they told her that the baby was not growing properly and was in the 4th percentile. They measured him being 3lbs 5oz and they told her they are very concerned. According to everything I looked up it doesn’t look like he is that small for his gestational age, but of course she is now freaking out.

Do any moms have any experience of having a healthy pregnancy but still having a low birth weight baby? What was your experience like what did the doctor say and how is your little one doing now? I didn’t have any of these problems with my baby so I am at a loss of how to help her. Any advice you can give me will truly be appreciated!!
