What breakfast foods are easy for you during pregnancy?!

I’m not a big breakfast person and have to go to work early, so I need meal plan for breakfast that are healthy, easy, and don’t get old quickly. Lol help a sister out!

Oatmeal is great for you, helps build milk supply, and is bland so easy on your tummy. I also like Premier Protein shakes.

I'm not a morning person or a breaking person! Lol. I've found a quick and easy so is an Atkins protein drink (my doctor read the ingredients and said it was fine) and I pair it with a piece of fruit or granola bar

Yogurt with fruit and granola. Cereal. Oatmeal. I hate most normal breakfast foods that’s all I eat for breakfast anytime lol.
