Testicular biopsy results

My husband has had a zero count with multiple semen analysis. Hes been on HCG since january. Finally had a biopsy today. They did find some normal sperm but not many. They were able to freeze a vial but some have abnormal morphology. They reccomend if we want to do

IVF

to have him do another biopsy the same day for better luck. My husband is so over all this and never wants to do the biopsy again. I feel so defeated and so does he. Idk how to feel or what to do. 😔😔😔😔

The urologist said it's a production issue. What else can he do besides the HCG??? Any vitamins you have found helpful?
