I'm pregnant...how do I tell my BFF?

My best girlfriend has been trying to conceive for 20 years. I've been there for about 12 of them. She was 18 when she started trying and has only gotten pregnant 2 times and both ended in miscarriage. I have had 2 healthy pregnancies in the last 8 years. She is the God mom to my 1st and tia to my second. My youngest is 13 months and I just found out I am pregnant again. These last 2 times being total accidents. I do not know how to tell her.

With my youngest I was so freaked out I immediately called her bc she is "my person" (if you know, you know♡) I didnt think of her reaction or how she would take it until after I got off the phone with her and I felt awful.

Now here I am 13 months after my youngest and I have no idea how to tell her. She is finally trying a 3rd attempt of clomid to see if it works and I dont want to hurt her. Like I said she is my person and I feel soooooo weird to have this secret from her.

I'm taking any suggestions. TIA!!!
