Ritual vs Thorne prenatal vitamins
I’ve been taking the Women’s One A Day Prenatal vitamins gummies but would like to try something else since the gummies do not contain iron.
Has anyone tried either the Ritual or Thorne prenatal vitamins? So far, from my research seems like these two are highly recommended. What about the Nature Made with DHA prenatal vitamins? Out of the three, which one would you recommend?
