PCOS spotting

Hey y’all! Okay, so I was diagnosed with pcos July 31st & got my first bc shot (depo provera) the same day. About the time the 3 months was coming to an end and I needed another shot I began bleeding severely with lots of huge clots and the worst cramps ever lol. Needless to say, after only having 2 periods in 14 months everything that had built up in my uterus (I have a slightly large uterus at 9 cm and there was almost 7.5 cm of build up) was all trying to come out at once, thanks to the depo. Don’t get me wrong- it was doing it’s job, I just wasn’t down for the pain & all the blood 😂 after seeing my dr she told me I really only had 2 options, a mega shot of the depo which could have me bleeding for another 3-6 weeks or a D&C surgery. I opted for the surgery because a few days of recovery vs weeks of cramps and blood? I needed it gone 😂 that was September 26th and I got my second round of depo October 10th.

The last few days I’ve been spotting, do y’all know if this is the depo working the right way this time? Anyone else on depo? I’m also on 1000 mg of metformin & 37.5 of phentermine (adipex) I just wanna know if this is normal, cause Lord knows I can’t afford many more big hospital bills 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
