So my periods 3 days late and then I just went to the washroom and when I wiped this came out and nothing since and I’m really confused and this has never happened before and I’m scared I could be pregnant or something else is wrong and I’m kinda freaking out anybody any thoughts

Edit: getting cramps but no blood after this and I’m really freaking out cause this has never happened before and idk what to think idk if I’m pregnant or if somethings wrong or both
