Miscarriage and pregnancy symptoms ?

Sorry if this is a trigger for anyone but for woman who have miscarryed,  if you are miscarrying (not bleeding (yet)) how long before your pregnancy symptoms went away? 
Was it before or after you knew? 
Did you have to get a D&C? 
I am just super nervous I am only 8 weeks and dont feel pregnant anymore This cant be =[

I had a mmc in June. Went for an early scan at 9 weeks but baby hadn’t grown since 6 weeks. Although we did have a heart beat that day it was very faint. At 10 weeks I miscarried naturally. I had no idea that all wasn’t well until that scan at 9 weeks, had all the symptoms!

When I miscarried my boobs started getting less sore but not noticeably. I still had sore breasts while bleeding. I wouldn’t worry too much!

I just miscarriaged last night I notice about a day before I had really bad bleeding that my boobs weren’t as sore as they have been. Mine started out with light brown discharge and that went on for three days and I got really bad cramps and slowly I started bleeding heavier and heavier as the hours went by. I passed mine naturally I was only 6 weeks . Doctor checked me and sent me home on bed rest for a few days. My advice to you , if you feel something off , it usually is. No one knows your body better than you do.

No symptoms whatsoever when I miscarried both times.  By that I mean, I had pregnancy symptoms the whole time and no bleeding or cramping or anything.  Only way I knew was at my ultrasound when there was no heartbeat.  I had full pregnancy symptoms for DAYS after my dnc.   That’s how I know, 100%, that pregnancy symptoms DO NOT MEAN anything about the health of the fetus.

Not feeling pregnant and having your symptoms go away is normal during a healthy pregnancy. If all you're worried about is that your stopped feeling pregnant, you're probably fine, but you can always see your doctor to put your mind at ease.
If you're having a miscarriage, you'll have all the obvious bleeding and cramping and then it will take a few days to a week for the hormones (the stuff that actually causes pregnancy symptoms) to go back to their non-pregnant state.
D&C's are used when the bleeding doesn't stop and there's tissue that won't come out on it's own or when the fetus doesn't have a heartbeat or isn't viable. I don't believe D&C's are very common in early pregnancy.

I had two missed miscarriages at 12 weeks never really had any symptoms for any of them currently 9 weeks atm but reassured baby is ok with scan x

We were at 12 wks when I had a miscarriage - pregnancy symptoms took about 3 wks to go away. (no D&E needed). I was really weak after from blood loss & because I was suffering from a lot of depression and anxiety.

I had a missed miscarriage with my last pregnancy at almost 10 weeks. I still experienced pregnancy symptoms like nausea, sore breasts and bloating for a week after my D&C.
Although the loss (or reduction) of pregnancy symptoms can be worrying it can also be completely normal. I had no bleeding or cramping before my miscarriage was discovered at a scan. 
Symptoms or a lack of aren’t an indication of a healthy pregnancy. However if you’re really concerned a check up with your doctor is always a good choice even just to ease your mind a little 🙂
