Announcement dilemma

So we have booked my son's christening on 16th December and we wanted to announce baby 2 then however I got my letter in the post for my 12 week scan and it's... the day after 😑 we had an early scan at 7 weeks and all is looking good. Would you go ahead and announce based on this or book a private scan to make sure everything is still ok?
